Call Procter and Gamble and ask for a shipping label. They should fix that no charge. There are no longer craftsman making these and rolling them by hand. To make a roll like in the old days would be cost prohibitive. Look for older rolls on TP Broker, they are out there.
 
Automation at it's finest moment. I'd treat this as a coin with a minting/strike mistake that made it into circulation……a real keeper!
 
Having been a process engineer in a paper plant, I'm scratching my head how that could have happened.

If the short side meets specs, then you got more than you paid for. No problem.

If it was MY plant, and you returned it to me I would have sent you a case just for good will.
