Geez Louise...

I'd complain to Procter and Gamble, but I already know what they'd tell me to do with it! ;)

Call Procter and Gamble and ask for a shipping label. They should fix that no charge. There are no longer craftsman making these and rolling them by hand. To make a roll like in the old days would be cost prohibitive. Look for older rolls on TP Broker, they are out there.

Automation at it's finest moment. I'd treat this as a coin with a minting/strike mistake that made it into circulation……a real keeper!

Having been a process engineer in a paper plant, I'm scratching my head how that could have happened.

If the short side meets specs, then you got more than you paid for. No problem.

If it was MY plant, and you returned it to me I would have sent you a case just for good will.

If'n you're in the woods at least you can set it next to you and it won't roll down the hill...

No, the wide side meets spec (4.2"). This is from a large pack of Charmin Ultra Soft sold by Costco. It's the only place we can still buy rolls of TP that haven't been downsized.

Then you have a valid complaint.

We don't have a Costco in my neighborhood. So we buy the stuff in WalMart. Ours are the Mega rolls, so actually they have been upsized. In fact we needed to buy new hangers to fit the larger sizes.
