Just checked mine with a Timney mechanical gauge. Double action came in at a little under 12lbs. while single action was a consistent 4 lbs.
Got my wc kit in today. Disassembled the revolver. Cleaned and lubed. Replaced the trigger return spring and tension bar. I was tinkering with the trigger bar tension screw. As you probably already know by adj it you can adj the trigger pull. Right now I'm getting about 8.5lbs DA and 3lbs single. I need to take it to the range this weekend to test the adj with the ammo I shoot. Once I get it dialed in,I can file the end of the screw to keep it fully seated. I will probably polish the internals when I'm done. I just wanted to make one change at a time and see how it goes.My parts should arrive on the 11th. I will install them that afternoon/night hopefully.

It may also be due to the tension on the trigger bar. How far do you have it screwed in? It makes a big difference in the DA pull. I can easily got between 11lbs and 6lbs by adj it. I will have to test for reliability with various ammo before I can give you an accurate and final pull weight.I am extremely surprised that I am getting approximately the same results with my 327 out of the box as you are with the wc kit. I have less than 100 rounds fired at this point but have dry fired the snot out of it. Guess the Performance Center did a really good build on mine.

Went to the range saturday. Shot 50 rounds of hornady american, 20 rounds of hornady critical defense, 50 rounds of remington green and white box, 50 rounds from freedom munitions, 20 rounds of federal american eagle. All .357 mag. No misfires. I will probably leave it as is for awhile. Now I'm looking for some new stocks to replace the badger ones that are on it.Be sure to keep us updated on your results.

I have the original grips. The previous owner of the revolver added the badger grips. I like the feel and look of the original grips. The badger grips definately conceal better. For some reason if I shoot a lot of rounds with them on it runs the skin off of my dominant hand on my thumb. Maybe I can contour the grips of I don't find something I likeThanks for sharing. Did you get your 327 with the Badger grips on it? I really like the stock grips that came with mine although I am looking at other grips that might be a little smaller and better for concealed carry. Be sure to let me know what you decide on.

Correct. IDK what I was thinking on the name. Probably because I have been working on some of my cz pistols lately. Thanks.Trigger bars are found in semi-automatic firearms. I assume that you are talking about the strain screw. Not something to fool with if we are talking about a gun for S/D. Play with it all you want on your range toy or game gun, but if your life may depend on it, that puppy should be dogged down tight. (See what I did there?)
Adios,
Pizza Bob

I was just browsing their catalog actually when you wrote this. I was trying to decide between wood and rubber grips. I like the wood aesthetics. I was considering rubber for the tackiness. The recoil doesn't bother me. These may be a perfect compromise. Thanks!

Not trying to hijack but this thread has the perfect audience. I just picked up a new 327 yesterday and it has a very loud rattle to it when shaken. My TRR8 does not have this. I removed the grips but nothing making noise in there. Has any other 327 owners experienced this?
