question for Texans

I have a Massachusetts license to carry (Mass does not specify concealed/open carry; either is legal although no-one open carries here). Travelling to Austin in February. Can I take my model 36 along and carry it CONCEALED in Texas without any kind of Texas license etc?? Does Texas recognize Mass license/ Mass does NOT recognize any other states licenses to carry. Appreciate any info. Thanks

Get your retirement credentials, it's the best deal for you. I go the 16th to qualify. I carry what I want. Last year I qualified with a Colt SAA just to show I could.

Why not just move here & get a TX CHL? The TX Hill Country is just like the Berkshires - ; the climate is almost the same - ; we put beans in all chili; I will admit that Boston drivers have an edge: they make a right hand turn for the off ramp in the passing lane while DFW folks folks use the HOV (I have lived in both states.)
