Quick turn-around on a bent M38 ejector rod?

The ejector rod on my J-frame Model 38 is sticking. It's apparent that it's been bent.

Are there any smiths available who could turn a job like this around in a few weeks? - as opposed to a few months.

Go to Brownells.com and buy a new one....

Theres a schematic on your top right of the home page. Click on it and work your way to your gun and the part you need.

They just screw in...

For as little as the ejector rods cost just buy a new one.
