Another trip today taking Mom to see her old Master Naturalist friends at the park she used to work in. Not a lot to see today but here is a iridescent bee that is about 3/8 of a inch long. I did not even see the other one to its right in the flower until I was working on the pic in Photoshop. The smaller bee or fly is about 1/16 of a inch long.

I cleaned and vacuumed a 16X27 section of the mezzanine in my shed this past week.

Anyone up for a FOOSBALL tournament??

has anyone else welded their shed together, instead of using nails?
(There are a few nails in the floor, )

I am a better welder, than a carpenter,,
I used 15 tons of steel,, beams, siding. and angle.

The siding went on in 1999,, so, I have had it a while.

:D

Is that foosball table an American style, German style or French style. I can't tell from the pic. Throughout the 70's and early 80's I was an addict.

Actually, I have no idea,,

My daughter wanted it for her birthday, around 1990,,
we went to a local (non-chain) sporting goods store, and bought it.

Since I have cleaned it up, my four grandchildren have been using the daylights out of it!!

In Blacksburg VA, 1974, The wife and I were dating, our favorite place to go was "MISTER FOOS".

They had foosball tables, and sold subs,,
I swear, if you could eat an entire Mister Foos Special sub, they should have put your pic on the wall,,,

Impressive. You must have been Customer of the Year with your utility company :D

I used a Miller Bobcat engine drive welder for all the welding,, so it was mainly just a few dozen gallons of gasoline.

I have a plugin welder now, for small projects,,
That thing can REALLY spin the electric meter!!

For big projects, the engine drive still gets used,, a Trailblazer, now,,,
