Random Object Photographs

Here is a small sample of random photos that I have taken over the years during my travels in the bootheel . . .

That must have been the Executive Suite :D

Saw this rainbow while out driving around, then saw the church and maneuvered around a bit until this lined up.

After I got it on the 'puter, I thought the church might like a copy. I emailed them this smaller version and told them I'd happy to get them the full size pic and maybe photoshop it for them if they wanted. Never heard back from them.

They are trying to keep a low profile....don't want anyone to realize that this is where the pot of gold is...shhhh!!

Best Regards, Les

Night time i like to relax and read. And when lounging, our Aussie enjoys her cuddle time with her papa.

And i agree with the others, this has been an enjoyable thread. Some very nice pix have been posted. Thx for sharing them!

** i should add if anyone noticed in the pic, no i am not reading a book about breakfast (french toast), but rather a very good action based novel from CG Cooper. I mean, i like french toast but not gonna read about it lol

No offense but, that dog looks a bit like my former roommate (when I was in Law Enforcement) Curtis.

It pays to keep a sharp eye out. Then again it pays to be a stealthy huntress. Miss Kitty was a neighbors cat and she was one of the best and most effective hunting cats I've ever seen. BIrds, rabbits, lizards, small snakes, rats and mice. Sometimes she was too good for her own good.

She jumped that squirrel and instantly regretted it. She nearly lost and eye in the scuffle. That squirrel gave her a good old Texas *** whuppin' and I ain't lyin'. Did she learn her lesson? No way!

love the cat's look. Shasta does the same thing-every time I change the towel I drape over the back rest to my easy chair. She'll stand on the two hind legs-claws already firmly entrenched in the towel ready to shred and wondering hands in her vicinity.:confused::cool::D

It's too bad y'all can't see this photo full size, cause there are so many random objects in the apartments shown in this building, you can't count them all.

The windows with a slight blue tint are where people have their televisions on. If the full size version, you can even see some people in the windows and artwork on the walls.

This photo was made from the rooftop of a building about half a mile away from the apartment building.

One of my Cousins lived high up in some high-rise in Houston back in the 70s. One ""random object"" we saw that night was a nekkid and beautiful redhead. Im scarred for life. :D I dont think she knew she was giving a free show-and yes-this actually happened. I think I was about 5? 6? at the time.
