Better take a closer look :D:D:D:D

The Farmer was putting on a small farm animal youth show downtown when I spotted this behemoth. From across the street it appeared the beast dwarfed the horses and its spine was above the grown men's heads.
Moved in for a closer look and pics.
Is that horns in the first pic?

I'm Thinking Sir Loin may be a fitting name for this pet....:)

An old one eyed, bag of bones heifer affectionately named Sock-Eye was completely ground into hamburger meat...never had any better!

Recommissioning ceremony, USS Iowa, BB-61
Pascagoula, Mississippi 28 April 1984

I was TDY to Keelser AFB just down the road in Biloxi, so I made the short road trip. The person at the podium beside B turret is (then) Vice President George H. W. Bush.

It was HorsExpo time in Sacramento again so figured I'd share a couple or so of my favorites. :) If anyone is interested in seeing more, I've got a ton on my page in the albums for Western States Horse Expo 2018 :p
