I have read over the years about reflocking the inserts that the wood cases have inside them. I find myself in need of having this done to one of my cases, it looks like it has been ravaged by mice. The insert is fine, so reflocking the pieces is in order. Only I can't find any reference to the fellow who used to do this. Is there someone who can direct me to the fellow who can do this? I can always reline it with felt, but would like to have it repaired to as close to origional as I can. Best regards, MM.

S&W used 4 different types of liners in the Mahogany cases! 2 were flocked and 2 were covered with a material(that deteriorated over time)! If your liners are made of Styrofoam, do not reflock them without proper preparation. The adhesive for the flocking with melt the styro!
Email me and I will reply with prices.

I have two home made display cases for consecutive numbered revolvers. I make the case out of walnut or oak, and line them with velvet that I got at Joanne Fabric. One of these cases is 40 years old and still looks like new. Maybe this could be a satisfactory alternative.
