Searial number search

I've been reading around some other threads and know there's a book out there that i can look up a S&W number in. Any one have that book and could help me out?

Sure.. Just post the model and dash # plus the letter and the first three digits of the serial #

By the way the book is called

63197 (or could be 63797. Hard to tell)

These are all the number that i found inside the swing out in that order. Top two are on the frame
Bottom two are on the swing.

Based on the book the model # stamping was begun in 1957.. It looks like your model 15 is a 1958 gun..

1958 K317823-K350547

The other numbers are assembly numbers and do not mean a thing..
