You can swap rear (or front) sights, but a much easier solution would be to shoot heavier bullet weights, as in 147 grain.
Heavier loads, being slower, allow the pistol to recoil (rise) more before the bullet gets out of the barrel. So 147 grain will impact higher on the target.
When I got a 9mm barrel for my .40PC Shield, 115 and 124 grain hit low, so I tried 147 grain and they hit to the sights at 25 yards.
The difference in impact of 115 and 124 grain isn't much.
My 5 inch M&P hits dead on with 115 grain, and just a bit high with 124 grain. Difference between the two lighter rounds is less than 2 inches.
147 grain will hit almost 5 inches higher on the target, so that weight should be just what is needed, Desert Fox.
These 115 grain hit right where I aim. 124 grain would impact right above the orange bullseye, and 147 grain would hit in the white above the green outer ring.
