Shields on sale 399.

Mahoney's in Johnson City Tn have a sale this week. Shield in 9mm or 40 for 399. They say a S&W sales rep will be there. I wanted one yesterday but got up this morning and thought I don't need another gun. If they had ben on sale yesterday I would have bought one.

Everytime I find or hear about a Shield for sale, they don't ship. And there is no shields in stores around here (Kansas City).

Try Striechers police supply in Greensboro or Charlotte NC. They have those shields in their catalog for $399. They ship too. Regards 18DAI

$399 was actually the going rate since they came out. Most charged what the market would bear. Some dealers sold them OVER the $449 retail price.

Some are selling for $475 to $500. Gunbroker is a waste, they are selling for $550-$700...dumb.

Guess you were right. Just got back with one. They only had one 9mm left. Liked the 40 but I don't have dies, bullets or brass. Factory rep said lead bullets were good in it. Now for a good holster.

The Streichers in Milwaukee said it may be a year and a half before they get one in.
