Member since around 1975 and lifer since around 1995. Also (at various times) Second Amendment Foundation (until I met the head honcho and decided he was a jerk), Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership and a group in CA that I forget the name.

i am a long time NRA member however...thanks to mike (ladder13) i upgraded today...i'm a lifer!additionally mike was my sponser to the SWCA....!
lets just say....uhhhhh...the guy i spoke to at NRA HQ was entirely familar with mike LOL..!!!
way to go mike!!

I joined as a junior member in the '60s. My membership was spotty in the '70s. Went Life in '84, using the installment plan.

When I was working overseas, I had enough play money to upgrade to Endowment, Patron, and finally Benefactor.

Best money I ever spent.

Several years ago the NRA offered upgrades and discounted memberships.

I gave my son a life membership and I upgraded to Endowment.

They sent me a cool looking jacket that I enjoy wearing.
