Ten Pump BB Gun? 
Here are pictures of the barrels from my G22 RTF2, purchased new, early last year and from my 40VE, purchased a litter later, last year. They look to be the same to me. I hope that that means they are both fully supported now.
Actually, that is all I have heard about the recent Glock tubes...fully supported now. I'm guessing that, that's what fully supported looks like.
Silver=40VE, black=G22.

No point really, I stock both models and the M+P guns too. I can't say that I'm partial to the trigger exactly, but I'll take any S&W over a Taurus, etc any day, not like I don't stock every junky gun currently available & some of the good ones as well.

I'm not sure what your definition of "bashing" is, but I define it as being overly critical. There are thousands of brands, and models of pistols on the world market. As with any manufactured object, not everyone will agree on their individual merits, or faults. Some folks I have observed over the years, consider anyone who is not "smart enough" to agree with, or has the gall to disagree with them, as a basher.
I have a Sigma 40VE. It is issued by my employer for on duty carry. I've been carrying it daily for almost 5 years and had the trigger figured out the second magazine I fired through it. I qualify with it annually and have never failed to do so.
I have been a shooter for over 50 years and by now, I've pretty well figured out what works best for me, and the Sigma ain't it. I own others, mostly S&W's, that work very well for me, each of them I prefer over the Sigma. Just as with automobiles and other products, some I like, some I don't.

I agree with you to a point.
You don't like the Sigma. Cool, no big deal. But, you can qualify with it and have carried it for 5 years. This makes you a marksman. You can pick up a gun and shoot it well even if you don't like the firearm.
The "basher'' people here are talking about are the ones that blame all there bad skills on the Sigma. The ones that can shoot there 2lb trigger,$2000 1911 in the 10 ring all day long but when they pick up a Sigma, its the guns fault.
I have shot many firearms. I feel I can shoot them all well because of the Sigma. It was my first Handgun and it will never be traded or sold because it has trained me to be the marksman that I am.

If it wasn't for those guys, I wouldn't have been able to buy mine for $300; I would have had to pay more.

357 Mag, very well said. Took today off. On my way to buy some rounds for tomorrow's range visit. Of course my Sigma 9mm is going with me tomorrow.

My .02 cents
I just put my G27 up for sale. After many years of owning Glocks 21 and 27 I finally came to the conclusion they just aren't that comfortable in my hand. The 21 never fit and it was traded for a Sig 1911 a great change. The fit and balance of the Sigma forced the sale of the 27. Although the Sigma is larger it seems to be larger in the right spots for me. I shoot it well and like the trigger it makes me a better shooter.
I had the low shot problem until I loaded some 180 gr bullets and bingo it came right on spot. So love the Sigma and can care less if someone doesn't like it.

I literally found this forum 2-3 months ago and have been lurking.
Bought SW40VE 4 years ago. Read on a few forums about the trigger. So I shot it for the last 4 years. I try to run about 60 rounds a week through it for practice and I can usually keep all 10 in a area a little bigger then a softball.
After finding this forum I read about the pigtail and trigger spring removal and modifications. I didn't like the striker spring mod option and this one was the most logical. I removed the pigtail spring and replaced the other thicker reinforcement spring with one from a ballpoint pen cut to size.
The end result now after about 500 rounds through it is groupings under tennis ball size and smaller. The gun is amazing and the trigger pull and smoothness have turned my g23 into a safe queen. I'm going to sell it and buy another sw40ve and some ammo.
I'm going to probably have to do a bit more mechanism polishing on a new one since my older one had +2k rounds through it before mod.

Wow wonder what that says about me? I have an extensive collection Of West german folded slide Sig Sauers, Probably one of THE best guns in the world, and when i went to buy a .40 I bought a sigma.. Guess I'm one of those snobs eh...lol

Here is my story, I have owned a Ruger Mark II and a Glock 21 for 16 years. About 4 years ago I bought a Volquartson trigger kit for my Mark II and I liked the results. It dropped the trigger pull down to about 1lb. Because of the results of the Mark II, I began investigating reducing the trigger pull of the 21. I bought a trigger disconnector that dropped the pull to ~3.5 lbs.. Even though I shot better, I didn't care to much for the trigger now because I would sometime fire the pistol during takeup. This is unacceptable since this is my 1st choice for home defense.
Recently, I wanted to get a 9mm and I discovered the Sigma for about $250 after rebate. I had heard about the trigger so I wasn't shocked when I received it. I have been able to produce acceptable results at the range. I actually like the heavier trigger for something that comes with me from time to time. Because of the Sigma, I have been able to reinstall the original disconnector in the 21 and maintain good results.
Bottom line is that the Sigma has made me a better shooter!

That's a good point; several of us have made that case before.
The sigma forces one to develop a very steady hand. I always though that for a HD gun without a manual safety, the sigma trigger is actually ideal. If woken in the middle of the night with some punk breaking your door down, your heart pumping fast, a light (or internet good) trigger might be too easy to pull, causing an AD.
Every gun I've shot since owning a sigma, I've shot better as a result of fine tuning my skills with the sigma!
Those who bash the sigma because they can't shoot it really crack me up!

there are 2 kinds of people who either dis-like or like the sigma...i happen to like the sigma......for the ones who don't like sigma then don't buy 1 or blast us who do ...just mu .05 cents of advice
I may have mentioned this in another thread, I was reminded of it when I read how the Sigma trigger being long and having some 'pull' to it makes you a better shot, it's amazing how short and light my trigger is AFTER I've shot my Kel Tec PF9. I now save shooting the Sigma till after I'm done with the PF9, I leave the range real impressed what a great shot I'm becoming, LOL. Gettin' pretty good with the PF9 also.

It is possible that the bashers are just jealous. I mean it must be hard for some of them to admit that their girlie hands can't operate a decent gun. No insult meant of course, but there are quite a few folks that just can't control a double action pistol. That's why most wont' even attempt a revolver. It must also make them feel kind of jealous knowing that we can have just as much fun with our Sigmas for less money, then they can with their high dollar target pistols. Hey, if I had the extra money to invest in a high dollar pistol, I would. But, I have found that 9mm bullets do the same damage no matter what weapon they come from. They make holes, round holes......going in.
I feel pretty good about saving $200-300 by buying my sigma. By the way, they must be doing something different now with them. Mine is brand new and the trigger is smooth. Quality control must be doing it's job. Sure the trigger pull is a bit stiff, compared to my son-in-laws Glock 17, but I just finished doing a trigger job on mine and we will see tomorrow how much it has changed. I really don't care, because it worked great out of the box. I bet I will still out shoot him. He is not a basher though, so it won't be as much fun. He actually likes my gun.
