Wasn't the JFK assassination a prelude to a Cuban invasion?
Drove past a Remington Sporting Ammunition plant on vacation, April 2021. It was during the work week days and the employee parking lot was nearly empty. It would be hard to make ammo without employees. What is really going on?
Last I checked this thread, which was a few days ago, we were still on aliens. I have to say I was expecting something more exciting by this point...

You need to read between the lines because of the way American business works. What they actually said was "We can't get it at a price we can pay without fouling up our cash flow if it doesn't all get sold in a week".
Yep, because they are probably getting at the old contract price, and the manufacturers can send it elsewhere for more money. It's called good business. As for "...gone by the time breakfast is over..." we need look no further than others in our hobby and Gunbroker.
FYI, my transfer LGS says it's still about $1/round for everything, and he had quite a bit on the shelves. I'll not be lightening their load at that price.
