Ambrosia!! I got back from the store, two thick slices of Spam (not turkey or low fat...just the plain old kind I loved as a kid), fried them in a skillet until brown, melted thick slices of sharp cheddar cheese on top of them, put on some hot toasted Italian hard crust bread, a little horseradish mustard on them......mmmmmmmm!!
