Springfield Armory has great customer service. I had to send back my TRP because I was having issues with the factory night sights. Bought it brand new and they were dead within about 6 months. Sent to them and got the gun back I'd say about 3 weeks. New night sights front and rear, with 2 free mags when my gun returned.
