I just now read an article that now most stolen guns were taken from cars, not from residences or businesses. No big surprise here. But it also mentioned that thieves looked for cars with bumper stickers and decals advertising firearms brands and right to bear arms slogans as being very likely to have a firearm in the console or glove compartment. I never thought about this before but it makes sense to me.
