Stud tool?

Early revolvers have threaded studs that screw into the frame. What do you call the tool you use to remove and install them? I’ve been searching, but expect I have not been using the correct verbiage. Thank you

At the risk of being booed off the stage in a barrage of rotten tomatoes, I have been removed from several places in my much younger days, but back then they were called bouncers, not stud removal tools......Ben

You will probably have to make your own.

I have tightened a loose stud using a flat punch. I used Loctite and staked it and then used a flat stone to remove any burrs.

Find some small security torx bits with a hole that will slip over the stud. If need be drill it deeper so it will slide all the way down on stud. Use a Dremel and cutting disk to cut away most of the tip so that you have 2 short prongs that will fit in the 2 holes on the boss. Or use one of the blade screw drivers tip from this kit after cutting the center deeper
