Suppressor and recoil spring question?

Just found a full size threaded barrel to install in my midsize 45acp M&P pistol. When I put a suppressor on it, do I need to change the recoil spring in it. How do you tell which one you need, do they even make diferent springs?

NO Depending on which suppressor you will need booster. Which can?

More research has led me to believe that the full size barrel will not work on a midsize. I was going to use a maglite suppressor but plans are on hold right now.

M&P barrels flare at the muzzle to fit the slide.

F/S barrels do NOT fit compacts.

Also depending on which can, you will need a nielsen device.
