close to alot of activities, but not to close

For me its good job, schools and community activities.

The main thing I like about Jacksonville is the River & inshore salt water fishing,Gun Laws are good here too and just about anything you want or need is nearby,Dislikes high crime rates there is a murder almost every day,If it wasn't for having a good job I would rather be in a small town in the mountains.

(4) There is a place on the banks of the Olentangy, the greatest shrine in all of college football, and my favorite place on earth, where you may find my backside parked several times per year watching my alma mater compete in a game of football. As one of our favorite songs says, "We'll win the game or know the reason why."

Harrison Bay. The pic was taken at point -A- on the map right next to Island Cove Marina. -C- is some great campsites on the water. -B- is Jack Nicklaus golf course Bear Trace. At -A- follow Hunter road back about half way to I75 and that's where the Chattanoga Rifle Club is.

Good medical services & grocery shopping are only 60 miles away.
But that is SW Montana in a nutshell.

Just 18 miles from Downtown Louisville Kentucky.

Live 5 miles out in the County (Country) from town.

Have a decent 4+acres w/a 33 yard gun range behind my large garage.

Across the highway neighbor has 75+acres w/35ft backdrop cliff walls that I have shooting access to anytime I want. Can give all hand guns and rifles good exercise with 50 yards to 1000+ yard shots.

Always deer, wild turkey and other critters right out in our back acres behind the houses close to the woods.

All houses up on hill with 1 3/4 acre driveways, quiet from highway traffic.

And nice starlit nights.

I was going to write Nothing, Nothing, Nothing but changed my mind.

30 minutes to the Chesapeake Bay

2 1/2 hours to the Atlantic Ocean

1 hour to the Appalachian mountains.

I'll give you four things. I'll start with my wife and family.

The Great Lakes. Incredible.

We get four complete seasons (sometimes in one day!)

Michigan is large enough for a road trip vacation without leaving.

Ditto. And add: a reasonable drive away from the rest of the country.

Many things in central NH. Mountains, rivers, forests, four seasons a year, the ocean, Boston is two hours from where I live, hunting, fishing, hiking...the list can go on forever.
