For me it's the same but I also at times swap the sauerkraut for yeller poster paint mustard.
I've had goat cheese, never had (or heard of) sheep cheese.
Sheep cheese. Sounds like a tongue twister that they tell you to say 3 times fast for a roadside sobriety test. I'm sober right now and alone but I don't want to even try it. I can't even think it 3 x fast.

One evening I was at a pistol match and I spread out a blue sheepskin to protect the finish on my guns. When I told one of the other shooters what it was he said, "BLUE SHEEP?" I said to him, "Sure, where do you think they get blue [bleu] cheese?"
The next time you're at the cheese deli ask if they carry the Pecorino Tuscano. The Tuscano is milder than the other Percorinos - Romano and Sardo.

The deli "Cheese store" has to pay for it's down town rental, in the middle of Reno, so its prices are a little higher than the Safeway or Walmart stores.
I have yet to find "PT" sheep cheese, but it is on my list, right next to Taleggio.
I have some coming.
