For me it's the same but I also at times swap the sauerkraut for yeller poster paint mustard.

Sheep cheese. Sounds like a tongue twister that they tell you to say 3 times fast for a roadside sobriety test. I'm sober right now and alone but I don't want to even try it. I can't even think it 3 x fast.
I'm pretty sure the team with red in their colors is going to win.

The deli "Cheese store" has to pay for it's down town rental, in the middle of Reno, so its prices are a little higher than the Safeway or Walmart stores.

I have yet to find "PT" sheep cheese, but it is on my list, right next to Taleggio.

I’ve no interest in the bland stuff like Brie.

Buy a wheel of Brie. Don't open it. Stick it in your refrigerator and leave it for 5 weeks+ or so. It is greatly improved.
