The .38 SPL FBI load, what where the specs?

FWIW

Digest Books' LE Handgun Digest of '74 or '76 (book is buried somewhere!) had a page of ballistics taken from LE handguns. The W-W 158gr LHP ran 1014fps in a 4" 10. I remember this specifically because I used this load.
