As some of you may know, I really enjoy cooking. Even though there are thousands of recipes available on the internet, I have a large collection of cookbooks, as I tend to be "Old School".
One of my cookbooks is titled "My Last Supper". It provides a look at 50 of the worlds top chefs and asks them an interesting question...... If you knew it was your last day, what would you make for your own last supper? The answers vary from complex meals to incredibly simple ones.
For me, it would be a world class charcoal grilled cheeseburger (cheddar) with the basic lettuce, tomato, and onion. It would be served with some excellent French fries along with a bucket of ice, holding several bottles of cold beer. I would want to enjoy this meal with all of my close friends and family.
If you knew it was your last day and could choose your last meal, what would it be?
