The situation in Ukraine is getting very ugly. Confirmed by "credible" Americans , "special ops" guys who have put their boots on the ground. Their presence is one of providing aid and medical supplies to those who are directly facing combat.
If you watch the attached You Tube video , you will see that the support has grown to military training for the civilians who enlisted , and have zero experience.
If you do watch the video , its obviously your decision to believe the authenticity , I do versus the MSM clowns.

I was channel-surfing news stations on Sirius XM while driving today, so I don't remember who said it, but the point was made that no matter how this immediate situation in Ukraine ends, Russia can never be a major player on the world stage again until Putin is gone. He has totally destroyed Russia's relationship with its neighbors, and with the civilized world at large, for at least a generation.
The president was visiting with the 82nd Airborne today in Poland, and that led to a discussion of the fact that our increased troop presence over there won't be temporary; it's about to become a permanent part of the European security structure. Putin's "special military operation" is truly a game-changer.
My cousin Ed was a tanker in the Army, and spent most of his career in Germany. I remember his letters home in the '70s, talking about the Fulda Gap and the "pucker factor"...Holy Cold War, Batman, it's deja vu all over again!

^^ I totally agree. Putin has pushed Russia back to 1945, a complete reboot and a reset of NATO. All completely unnecessary in the modern world. The very very sad part there are 40 million Ukrainians and thousand of young Russian boys suffering and dying because of it.

US Army Green Berets have been in the Ukraine since 2014 training the locals for an insurgency, and to train their regular military. It is what the Green Beanies were formed for.
And the Russian general killed by his own troops was run over with a tank. Russian troops attack own commanding officer after suffering heavy losses

Your tax dollars doing good work through each Embassy's Office of Defense Coordination (ODC) - they use SOFLE (Spl Ops Forces Liaison Elements) a lot, but also can reach any tech specialty in any service. In example, I met the Commandant of the USCG in the Philippines in 2016 or 17 where they were providing training to Philippine CG and the Phil Natl Police Maritime Group.
