I like the twice-yearly change in time. It gives me the opportunity to chuckle twice a year. (Before you say it, I do chuckle at other times too.)
Anyhow, a 1 hour shift either way? It's not that different than driving to an adjacent time zone. I haven't heard anybody having trouble with that. Fly to Europe or Australia and jet lag might get ya. But that's significantly more than 1 hour. Yes, the light does change somewhat. But it's different in summer vs. winter even without the daylight saving time change. Here in the PNW, it's ALWAYS gray and dark, so it's hard to notice the time change!
