TISAS ?

I've owned two Tisas, a 10mm D10 and one of their .45 "Duty" models.

The D10 was very ammo-sensitive. I ended up selling it. 10mm 1911s are tricky, in my experience.

The Duty .45 is outstanding. Extremely reliable. I use it for most of my 1911 range practice and dry fire in order to reduce wear on my nicer 1911s. All of the internals are stock except for a heavier Wilson recoil spring, and I generally use Wilson magazines, too.

I have a couple 1911A1 Tisas. Zero issues. Seems almost redundant tagging this onto 2 pages of mostly glowing reviews.

"Boringly reliable" applies here like it does to Glocks.

The one thing Tisas does well is expose the lie that steel guns are just too expensive to manufacture any more for less than an arm and a leg.
