Trouble w BG2.0 magazines…

Hello everyone!
I’m new to the forum but i’ve noticed many ppl struggling w BG2.0 mags. My issue is what looks like a small tab on the side of the 10 and 12 mag. It prevents the round from sitting on the follower, even when i use UpLula. Can the tabs be removed? Anyone else experience this specific problem, i don’t have tabs on my other S&W magazines…

Can you be a little more specific about the 'tab'? Are you talking about the fangs on the follower, that sometimes get snagged in the mag catch slot?
