Trouble with 'new' PhotoBucket??

fat tom, I went to Google Chrome, signed in, and it works fine. Like someone else said, must be a Internet Explorer problem.
 
I went into photobucket yesterday (11-17-12) and I could not open my albums from any page. All I got was that segmented "wheel of death" icon, and waiting never opened anything else.

Anyone got answers? I have Windows 7, did I miss a memo?
 
Well,I just tried it again. This time I signed in using my e-mail addy instead of my username and voila! Opened right up. Immediately went back to the old style. DAMN COMPUTERS! :mad:

I swapped back immediately about a week or so ago. No dramas since then, even using a couple of different IE versions.

I installed Firefox, now it works.
Must be an Explorer problem then.



Interesting, i tried to open PB in my "old" Explorer

Now it works :confused:

I might have installed Firefox in vain :o
 
Just switched back 5 minutes ago. Took me about 15 min. to figure out how, Look for the Tiny print up top right in the "faded" almost unnoticeable print. Then they wanted a reason and a comment why switching back. I told them I wanted a simple straight forward product, and not a bunch of bells & Whistles.
 
I was unable to switch back on this machine (I easily did it on the two others) because the beta site kept blinking over to a white screen within a second of the page loading, but I got on the Photobucket support site (totally worth your time) and they re-set something for me and it's working now on all three of my machines.

No more beta for me tho - thanks. :)
 
After reading the latest posts here, I tried photobucket again.

Now it's working fine, although I haven't uploaded anything yet.

I also got the screen asking for my reasons to stay with the old format. I wrote a short response, but when I tried to send it, I got an error window.

This did not effect my pictures, and they're all back.
