Here's my guess at what you need to do:
I'm guessing you are taking photos with a smartphone. The orientation of a picture doesn't matter much when looking at it with smartphone because the phone always adjusts for up, if you get what I mean. You can hold the phone any way you want and the picture will look. Or, maybe it's that you just rotate the phone itself around until it looks right.
Whatever.
But to post that picture on the forum, you want to be sure that the orientation will look right when not on your phone. So, the easiest way to to ensure this is take the picture holding the phone itself so up is up and down is down.
The second way is to take the picture holding the phone any way you want, but, after taking the picture, looking at the picture on the phone, open the edit function and rotate the picture so that up is up. Then tell the edit function "done," or "save" so that it stays locked that way.
I think that's right. (Maybe.)
