To each his own! I do not like before, but would not criticize anyone that did! I like more traditional looking guns, so after wins hands down. I have put different sets on my 625JM. Finally got it right. Bob

I dabble in cabinet making. I love beautiful wood. I understand the stability of laminated wood stocks. Some can I admit look good. But I prefer the look of the grain of solid wood stocks. Just the preference of an old man.
