My nephew is onto some hard times and would like to part with a two inch model 64-2 I gave him years ago. I don't remember what I paid for it or what it's current value should be. I don't have spare cash right now to buy it from him either. I would call it in fair condition with rubber boot grips.

I have photo's coming but I used to use Photobucket to host to post here and I have not gotten another hosting site yet so I have two questions:

Value range on the 64-2 (I can email pix now)

Hosting site you guys are happy with.

Thank you.

A snubbie K-frame is a somewhat in demand item in today's concealed carry world. You can probably sell it on this Forum faster and easier than on an on-line auction site. If it is in reasonable shape I would say no less than $400 and it could go quite a bit higher. If I didn't have my fair share of 2" K frames already I'd be sending you a private message right now.

I bought a 64-2 2" in August for $425.00 including shipping and ffl fees. good condition, not safe queen.

I'll agree that $400 would be a good starting price for a 2" 64 in good shape.

And the price could go up from there depending on condition. I paid around $335 plus shipping and transfer fee for a 64-5 in fair to good condition last year. It was a DAO police trade in with original Uncle Mike's rubber grips. 2" K frames sell well no matter what era they were produced in.

Well I was able to come up with $400 so I gave it to him and I have the 64! everybody wins!

I always liked it and wanted it back, when he gets back on his feet I will sell him a M&P compact or something, the 64 wont be leaving again.
