Good lord I am getting old. I used super X and the wildcat was a favorite.

I like it! Some I have never seen too. Do you shrink wrap them yourself? The ones I have that are shrink wrapped were bought that way.

Thanks for showing your Badger Box. I guess that is why I could not get a box in the middle. I wasn't using the tray only.

Whoa, I thought it was nice to have a few 50 round boxes and you come up with vintage BRICKS! Nice!!

Packed nice and tight. I would not want to carry that too far though.:)

Here are some Peters and Western boxes. Boxes may appear to be duplicates but each is a different loading. Gives an idea of the number of variations there are.

I have several older .22 Rimfire Boxes (some full) Oldest I think is a 100 Round Box of UMC BB Caps,I will try & post a pic or 2 tomorrow,I think some of the older Dog Bone Box Remingtons have Copper Cases instead of Brass

Well the wife made it back but her good camera didn't. Please forgive the quality of the photos. I have many of the usual type that has been posted by others, and my particular interest in collecting is off brands. The first photo are 22 shorts, a particular passion of mine. Photo #2 is just some off breed brands. On the bottom of photo #2 are some items of particular interest, the Wards Shot Box is apparently quite rare as I saw an example sell on Ebay for $152, and the box was empty and mine is full. Also on the bottom row on the far right is the quite rare US Military full metal jacket load in the original sealed aluminum wrapper. As far as I know no other readilyy available full metal jacket 22's were produced. Photo #3 is just some oddball stuff including a box of British Military 22's and because of the glare you cannot see that the red blister pack are tracers. Photo #4 is just some bizarre oddball things, the only things of distinction are the yellow 40 pack of Super X and the ever increasing difficult to acquire Wildcats in the blue box. These are the most interesting and I tried not to post photos that other people had already posted. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

OOPS, picture number 4 is the picture of the shorts.

Pictures of some of your .22 ammo was worth the wait. Are the .22 shot cartridges similar to the CCI shot shells? So what do you think your full Wards Shot Box is worth?

Never heard of full metal jacket .22s! Any pictures of the actual ammo itself?

Never seen .22 tracer ammo either! Thanks for sharing.

Have to apologize again for the quality of the pics, it was kind of a drive by photo shoot. The Wards shot shells do not have a capsule like the CCI does. The case is longer and tapered and has an overshot wad like an old shotgun shell. For value I have no idea. It just shocked me that an identical box sold for so much. The full metal jacket cartridges were made to comply with the Hague Convention. Remington made 2 batches one call T-24 and the other T-42. Go figure. I do not have a single round and the box is sealed so I will never open it. You can Google and find actual pictures. These rounds and not rare but quite uncommon. These were used up through the Vietnam war. I should have posted a picture of the oddball 22 extra long. I only have one single round of this old round.

Don,
What brand is that? Looks interesting. I can't make much out from your picture?

Sorry I didn't get right back to you. I just got back from Greenville Maine. Like Gary said, It is from the United States Cartridge Company Lowell Mass. Gray, that's not why I bought them. They were in a cigar box with a mint 1st 3rd.
The guy didn't what them, so I got them both. This one is for sale.
