Thanks everyone...gun should arrive tomorrow...those pics are from them upon completion...here is what I had done by Lenny Magill's...

1. Ranger side cuts w/red inlay - $325
2. Ultimate trigger job with pyramid trigger - $299
3. Fine point stipple job -$169
4. Trigger guard reduction - $25
5. Stainless steel pin kit - $20
6. Black Keracoat slide - included
7. Install customer supplied sights and magwell - included.

Total - $838.

In addition to this, I added prior to sending,
1. Heavy tungsten guide rod
2. Larry Vicker's sights
3. Aluminum mag well
4. Match barrel

More pics coming!!

$838 plus? I'd have shot the Glock stock, and bought two more (J-frames, that is.)

But, each to his own.

(The red is nice.)

Positive proof or Objective evidence

... that no one listens to medicruss radio station. We all have different tastes, but that is really different and expensive.

Double BLEEEEEECCCHHH

AAACCCCKKK!!!!!!!!! cough cough choke choke. BLEEEECCCHHH

sorry but not a fan

I'm with you! And wondering if the Glock forum (I suspect there is at least one) would care to have an S&W posted on their space? Just saying.

Why would you post for pictures of a GLOCK on a S&W forum?
Sorry guys I guess I'm old school. The only place on this board that gun should be is the for sale section. I actually see you posting this as being very disrespectful to all the S&W loyal owners.

OP,

Congrats on your Glock. Part of the fun of firearms ownership is making the firearm your own. Your Glock. Your money. If it's what floats your boat, go for it.

As long as it's in the General Firearms forum, they don't seem to mind. You'll get a rude replies due to the overall tone and nature of that forum.

Dude. Have you bothered to read the title of the sub-forum: "Firearms & Knives - Other Brands"? If it were in the dedicated S&W sub-forums, I'd agree with you. Posting about any other brand other than S&W in the S&W dedicated sub-forums is poor form.

I own a couple of S&W's. I own a whole bunch of other brands. This little sub-forum lets those of us who are brand diverse share a little bit.

"Pretty Glock"

Like an ugly girl with a great personality, the Glock wins its way into your heart and can become your best friend. I originally made fun of the Matel Toy guns and now I have 3 Glocks and use my 34 more than even my custom, tricked out 1911, an extemely accurate and reliable 1911. However, the 34 is even more reliable, quicker into action and though not quite as accurate, I like the 17 rounds. I can never call a Glock "beautiful" and they don't need lipstick but if they put it on, it's OK.

So, here are some pics as the gun arrived this evening...yes, it is certainly different but I wanted something custom, unique and could not venture into the Wilson or similar world right now...it's not a carry gun (have another G19 & G26 for that) but is a good gun for the range and future venture into IDPA...also have gotten a decent amount of old school S&W revolvers recently (see other posts) for those purists out there....just wanted to share something that is certainly unique....happy holidays all!!
