What do you actually CCW?

My pants pockets, starting at the UL for the LF, are usually loaded with what you see below. The RF will have a 642 in a Mika pocket holster in lieu of the 296 in some pants and the RR will often have a checkbook as I seldom have lunch money. In the center, you'll see the infamous dollar store +1.75 diopter readers and my cellphone, constant shirt pocket occupants nowadays. I no longer carry speedloaders - except in my Jeep for those times I deem them a must have. My ammo is either the GA Arms .44 Special loads with the 200gr Speer Gold Dots or the Remington .38 Special +P 158gr LHPSWCs. My CCL is under my DL.

The LR pocket generally carries some other knife, but still, like the Spyderco Native in the front pocket, a tool. It's been a Buck 110 or SAK for many years.

My everyday gun is a model 36, I have the Hogue rubber grips on it now and I keep it in a Galco Stow-n-go IWB or a Bianchi 5BH.

Daily carry is either my M&P340 or 340PD stoked with Speer GoldDOtHP .38-SPL +P 135-gr for SB. It is either in front-pocket in pocket-holster or IWB in a Don Hume PCCH.

Which one do you prefer?

This 9mm Model 940 with Crimson Trace grips,in a DeSantis Nemasis pocket holster, leaves the house with me 95% of the time. When it is so hot nothing else will conceal,a Keltec P38T,fits the bill.

I would probably go with the M&P340 due to its large-dot front-sight. I had a small-dot Meprolight installed on the 340PD and I still like the large-dot on the M&P340. I also like the stainless cylinder of the M&P340.

A M66 2-1/2" loaded with CCI 158gr.JHP in a belly band.
the sights make a big difference in the accuracy of the short barrel.
its very easy to shoot and hit what you want to hit.

In the winter a Dan Wesson CBOB or a Model 24 with a 3" barrel. In the summer a Model 60 or a Colt Mustang

Most of the time now a K-T PF9, but trying to work up something for my S&W 610 5" for winter time, but may end up with something smaller like small grip and a 2" barrel for my Dan Wesson M-15 357 magnum.

A Ruger LCP......used to be a P3AT.....Ruger is much more reliable and very easy to conceal. I have it in a Desantis pocket holster and you never no it is there. .380 is minimum for personal protection in my opinion, but it beats a handful of rocks.........

helilogge the LCP and P3AT are the same freaking gun. The LCP is a copy cat that looks better. I own both and my P3AT has never failed. They are the same gun so how is the LCP easier to conceal?

When I leave the house, either the Sig P-239 .40 accompanies me, or the SP-101 .357. Sometimes both make the trek.
.......it's a dangerous world out there.
