I first have to tell you my dress code- either Blu. jeans, t-shirt, pull-over sweatshirt,(jacket or jackets as needed); or cargo type shorts and t-shirt- shoes optional- This on or off duty for most of my 30 year career.
I have two modes of carry- three actually if you count the single shot between my legs. I have a "Tucker" IWB for when I wear clothes- I mean jeans and sweatshirt.
My other mode is a custom made, firearm dedicated fanny-pack. We started out in the 80's putting our guns in camera cases on our belts when undercover and such. When the fanny pack craze hit, we adapted. I have trained in these packs, and in most cases, is as fast as a thumb break pancake on the hip. May not be GQ, but I'll strap on an Ant-eater hide wearing a $600.00 suit, and nobody is the wiser. I can wear it working out, running, at the beach, whatever. I recently went to Universal Studios in Hollywood- felt lazy- did not ID- passed through security w/ manual search- missed weapon compartment entirely.. I have several different styles- adapt for occasion.
