Three......

This was the year of bucking up my CC collection.

Kel Tec P11

Shield 9mm

Model 37

I feel better now that this stage is out of the way. I felt like I was pretty well covered in HD and some 'fun guns' but I really needed to augment the carry/truck stuff.

my lone 2015 gun purchase

Purchased a CZ 455 FS (Mannlicher stock) in 22 LR for shooting in NRA Light Rifle competitions.

Installed Aperture Sights from tech-sights.com similar to the sights on my Garand.

Thanks,

I added these 9mm's to the stable in 2015. They are all metal and hammer fired.

I bought...

3 Colt SAAs.
A Colt Army Special 58.
An Italian clone SAA.
A Taurus TCP.
Citadel 22 M1 Carbine clone.
Ruger Blackhack 30 Carbine.
Ruger 10/22 International.

I sold...

3 Italian SAA clones (including the one I just bought)
Colt Trooper 357
2" M&P
Stoeger 22 Luger

So I guess I wound up with 3 more guns at the end of the than I started with.

Too many (at least that's what my wife thinks) but my favorite because I've always wanted one and finally had the money saved up to buy one. The cell phone pic doesn't do it justice. Looks like there's freckling on the trigger and frame but there's not. Only a nice patina finish.

Bushmaster AR-15 lower
Colt M4 16" upper
AMT Backup 45
S&W Doug Koenig 1911 45ACP
Marlin Camp 9MM
Marlin Camp 45ACP
S&W 627-0
S&W 317 no dash

Sig 1911-22 and Ruger SR-1911. That is a very short list I know especially compared to the list of guns I sold. I don't like to spend a lot of time thinking about that...:(

Beautiful. What kind of wood are the grips?

I think I need to upgrade my membership here. If I somehow managed to find the money to get all this, I can manage to increase what I give to Lee.

Just so you folks don't think I'm all talk and no action, I did send in to upgrade from silver to gold last night. The price difference is essentially a 500 round brick of .22 LR. That's pretty cheap to help this Forum continue. I encourage others to do the same. If you can afford to buy another gun, you can afford to help out Lee with an upgraded membership.

Hmmm, see if I can recall???....

Two Heritage Arms SAA .22 Rough Riders w/camo grips...not what y'all are thinkin' though.

Cimmarron SAA ''Colt''. 45. This a beauty. And came with a surprise you Doc Holiday fans would love.

Chiapas/Plinkerton SA .22 w/ 10 shot .22 and .22 magnum cylinder. This gun is for Sabrina, and I'm currently waiting for the custom grips get finished. This thing came w/ugly PLASTIC grips!?!?!?!!???

GSG ATI .22 cal MP-40.

I actually started paying on this one in Dec. so technically, I did buy it in 15. an Auto Ordnance G.I. .45. This is one that comes closest to the WWII G.I. look I want. Has green parkerization too. Now, it may change to a Springfield G.I. .45, because my dealer is getting some in, so depends how much more he wants for it.

IF I go for the Springfield? then I'll buy another A.O. later this year. If not? then my next three will be a Walther .380, then two full sized GSG MP-40s.

It looks like I only added a couple last year. First was a 1970-vintage Colt Commander (lightweight) .45, apparently unfired in the original box with all the right papers and accessories. Second was a 1914-vintage Colt Single Action Army 'Frontier Six Shooter' .44-40, original and matching.

So, a pretty slow year but a pretty good year!
