What guns do you carry the most?

Glock 27

ultra-thin kydex IWB, from Fist, Inc.

one extra 9 round magazine in off-side front pocket.

Trying to convert to all revolvers in my collection soon....
will start to carry my S&W 66-5 snub OWB in speed scabbard
And/Or
340 M&P in front pocket or IWB.

Wow!
Just noticed my post from the past...
Glad to say that it came true....
I am now carrying both the 66 snub and the 340M&P !!

Got rid of the Glock...but miss it terribly for carry...
Love to carry the 340 though...
just might have to get another Glock for carry...

My #1 would be a M66-2 (2.5"), usually with either a M36-2 or M638-3 as a back-up.

On occasion my M36 will step up to a primary role, with the M638 as it's back-up.

During the odd-times that I'll carry a semi-auto, my Glock 32 is it.

A 1911 Commander in the winter and a Glock 19 in the summer. And a LCP all the time as a BUG.

I carry other guns depending on where I'm going, the big cities or the Border, but I carry the above 95% of the time.

Rule 303

A Kel-Tec 3AT in front pocket, and a taurus 85 in a iwb or ankle holster (depending on if I have to tuck the shirt in). If wearing a light jacket that I wont be taking off, usually a 4516 or 66-2 (2.5") on the hip and the Kel-tec.

My S&W Model 37 Airweight will be the "most carried" because I generally carry it with my S&W Model 13-3 or my S&W Model 10-5. When not at work, I almost always carry one of the K-Frames. Occasionally, I'll carry my S&W Model 681, but the Airweight will always be there.

In fact, I carry the Model 37 at work, too, to back up the Glock 22 my agency issued to me. (A pox be upon them forever! Or at least until they let me carry a revolver.)

Carry Guns

I usually carry a commander size 1911 IWB, and I just bought a S&W 642 for summer time carry and whenever my clothing won't hide the 1911.

most of the time

I will carry my Colt Combat Commander .45. (top pistol in the photo) Last year I sent it off to David Sams of Sams Custom Gunworks in Virgina for an overhaul and refinish. David did some remarkable work; I've owned the gun since the early 80s and it has served me faithfully so I figured to overhaul it and get another 30 years out of it!

At times I also carry my Colt Lawman MkIII 2" .357 magnum or my S&W 1911PD .45.

Hi y'all ... I'm new to this forum. Been shootin most of my life. Dad was a Navy gunner's mate, and ran the Navy gunnery school at Pacific Beach, Washington back in the '40s. He trained me and my three brothers in firearms use and safety the Navy way. I'm new to the computer world, and forums such as this one. I guess I'm a dinosaur where technology is concerned. A metalsmith and fabricator by trade, I'm employed as a machinist. Journeyman fabricator, machinist, and millwright. I figure to learn a lot here from you boys.
Daily carry these days is a S&W Sigma 40 cal. I've had it maybe 6 months. Still learning about it. Before that, daily carry was a Colt Trooper Mk IV 5" barrel in .357 mag. or a Taurus 7-shot .357.
Been carrying daily since my first wife & I got mugged in Portland a week after we were married in 1979. Never had to pull, ever. Pray I never do. There's folks have known me for many years and don't know I'm nearly always armed.
When I'm traveling, I also carry a Taurus .357 snub with a 5 round wheel. The Wife carries a .38 snub. And she holds consistant 3" groups at 10 yards.
I shoot at least once a week at my local indoor range to keep the rust outa my technique. The more I shoot the Sigma, the more comfortable I am with it, but truly, I'll go for the wheelgun first, and I keep my 7 shot Taurus .357 in my bedside drawer. If the bad guys ever bust into my house that's what they'll deal with..........Modoc Dan
