What guns make you think you want another of the same

Or maybe a brace of 1911s...... ;):D

(This photo always gets me in trouble with the libs)

Now I see the inspiration for Buford T. Justice........:D

I prefer Smith & Wesson J and K frames and Colt D frames with 2-3" barrels. It's sort of a narrow interest. So, I have a lot of pairs, triples, or quadruples.

Guns that I would like to duplicate (ish) . . .

M629-3 6.5", what an amazing shooter

M69 4.25", another amazing shooter

340PD, M&P 340, nothing beats detonating a nuclear device in your hand except more nuclear devices!

pre 1994 Ruger M77 long action rifles (.30-06)

Can't have too many Glock 19's or 23's

Custom built AR15's and AR10's. The only problem with these is I never build any the same.

I could go on and on

Another?
I've owned 4 pre 17 k 22's at one time,
2 model 2os,
10-15 each of pre 64 M-70 wins,
10 or so Weatherbys,
12 M 12s Wins,

6 M 27s,
5 M 19s

And Mausers.

In my later years I have reduced to "2's" of what I like.

2 Benellis, 2 M12s, 2 pre 64 M 70s, 1 686, 1 M66 no dash, a bunch of Rugers and 3 Kimbers.

Some where I figured out I can only shoot 1 at a time.

Mr. Keith, This photo is truly inspiring! Seeing you in the rear view mirror, walking up to my car, would inspire me to never even think of driving too fast again!

Thankfully,

I don't do traffic stops.....unless there's a felony involved. :D

* That's my lookin at em through the screen door look. ;)

(It takes a lot of discipline to do that look without laughing out loud)

None, that I currently have. There are just too many choices out there of guns I do not own. Why have doubles, except for trading stock? Only my opinion. Bob

I guess you must not CCW then, because (at least for me) if something happens to my carry gun, I want another handgun available, that is as close as possible as to what I normally carry.

But I guess that's just me......

I have two of several models, different barrel lengths, finish, etc.

Most recently, acquired three Colt Official Police revolvers in different calibers, 32-20, 38-200 (38 S&W or 38 New Police), and 38 Special.

Do not have any exact models, I am practicing diversity.

I am dreaming of finding another one of these. A fixed sight M19 with a three inch barrel is such a handy little package!
I thought a fixed sight model 19 was a model 13? I had a 3" model 65 at one point, but I disliked the recoil of shooting 357 out of it, so got rid of it and now have a m64 in 3" that shoots plenty good with +p 38spl.

I'd love to have another K22 Masterpiece 6" that my dad bought new around '51 or '52. Best revolver out there, IMO. My Model 10-8 4" is also very reliable to hit a fly on the neighbor's fence post! Jeff Taylor, Pittsburgh, USA.
I love k-frames in any caliber. Is having more than one k-frame considerred more of the same? If so, I've got them covered. I also love n-frames in 357; hard to tell which is more loved.
