Crock-Pot manna.
Daughter, Son in-law and 1 year old Grandson is coming over tonight so i won't take the time to take pics of all of it Beef Meat loaf, Cheezie hash brown potatoes, Crack Green Beans and apple dumplings for dessert.

May not eat dinner tonight. Was out and about running errands and stopped by Pappasitos for Tex-Mex. Really like their large beef tacos, so I got the taco dinner and added a cheese enchilada. Ate too much.

3/4 inch thick and requests same be grilled for tonight's supper.
Heavily seasoned and Italian herb mix to boot I'm figuring very tasty shoe leather. I have nine chances not to foul up.

Tonight's dinner is Beef burgers with Jalapenos, cheddar cheese with peanut butter and BBQ Sause on the bottom. with a side of Skillet prepared sweet corn. cooked in a lot of Butter.

a noon snack with "Tex" with some home made, smoked Kokanee Salmon Dip with crackers,
as we talked about what was new and how the new job is doing.
We are enjoying the time together, for the two days here, with nice weather.
