What's for dinner?

Cooked a Pork Tenderloin out on the pellet grill and served it with a vinegar based bbq sauce.

I'm trying to drop some weight so I'm cutting my carbs. Tonight's dinner: Elk Cheese Burger Salad with my attempt at making a dressing that is kind of like the sauce on a Big Mac or a Big Boy hamburgers. The dressing was good but needs some tweaking,

Four Old Fashioned, three whiskey sours, and two hot dogs. I really should cut back on the hot dogs.
Reminds me of the time my grandfather (Orville) retired and his coworkers had the big party for him.
His family was invited including me in my very early teens. Quite a roast for my young ears.
To the point most of them were hunting buddies as well as co-workers. A coworker (Nelson) told a story ….The team had a regular duck hunting cabin they used during the season, and as they went there nearly every fall week-end it was usually good to go with respect to provisions. One Friday evening, knowing there was plenty of food in the cabin already, but that the beer and liquor supply was low, Nellie bought several cases of Pabst and fifths of Brandy (this was Wisconsin BTW) gin and bourbon.. As an afterthought Nellie figured the bread in the cabin was maybe bad. So he tossed a loaf into the cart.

When Nellie arrived at the cabin with the goodies, grandpa Orville came out to help unload the trunk. The story told was he took a look at the bags and said "Jeepers Nellie - what are we going to do with all this bread"

Moose burgers on grill with the typical sides waiting for Daytona race to start.

Brother used to bring moose steaks down from Maine when i lived in Pa. In the running for best steaks ever eaten, and hands down winner of the tenderest.

He had a truck capable of getting the road kill out of the brush, and wardens gifted him the meat.
