Running late stopped at McDonald's and got a Filet-O-Fish

Many MOONS ago when the Arches had the Filet-O-Fish for 2 for $4 i would order one with no cheese and one with no tartar sauce. They always had to make new Sandwiches, and it pretty much assured me i was going to get a fresh and hot sandwich

When I lived in NC the first frost heralded persimmon puddin' season.

Ridiculously good.

had to have a good frost or two to make persimmons really good. Even the possums wouldn't eat 'em till they were frosted

Took about 4-5 pounds to my Dau House, Son also got some.
Then made ham and beans with the rest.
