Our version of a Shepherds Pie. Ground turkey and sweet sausage. Carrots, peas, corn, onion, celery, mushrooms. Cauliflower and parsnip mash (rather than potato) on top with sprinkle of paprika.

We had shepherd's pie at the Bar Association lunch meeting today.
My little cousin catered it and it was great.

Originally expected my son's wife and my second grandson as well, but the little guy got sick so he and his mama stayed home. Got plenty of leftovers to send home though.

My wife made a huge meatloaf, I do like meatloaf, buttered potatoes, and green beans.
IMHO one of the best sandwiches out there is cold left over meat loaf sliced down.

My wife made me clear out the frig, to give her more room in it for some odds and ends that she wanted to buy.

After four hours on the Treager at 325*, it finally showed 160* on the temp stick
and was ready to come into the house, to be carved up.

I think that we will have some left overs for sandwiches ?
