I just got back from Christmas dinner hosted by my little cousin, the graduate chef. I am stuffed. There were two varieties of baked chicken, beef tenderloin, stuffing, mashed potatoes , brown gravy and sweet potatoes topped with walnuts. I brought a pan of my stuffed mushrooms (started out with 2 pounds of fresh mushrooms) which just about disappeared before the serving line started. I took home enough leftovers to last me for days. The food was great and I was glad to see my cousins.
