What's for dinner?

Last night's dinner: Wild Sockeye Salmon with Shrimp in a garlic cream sauce on a bed of Spaghetti Squash.

At first glance it makes me imagine what the peat bog bubblng under Maxine's wig looks like.

it has a bite, and it's benefits help the acquired taste. Unlike most everything else that has real flavor
 
Challange accepted and color me curious.



I loves me some burn and endorphin rush. I use copious amounts of sriracha to achieve my desired level of napalm nirvana.

I want to know what Campbell's definition of hot is.

Most companies advertising hot or spicy don't know what the words mean. Try spicy Chick Filet or "Hot" Picante Salsa. Here's hoping the depicted soup can contains the real thing.
 
Made some scratch Cream of Mushroom soup.

Dice several pounds of mushrooms of several varieties. Dice some shallots, sauté both in butter. Reserve about 3/4 cup of the cooked mushrooms, add chicken and beef stock to veggies and cook for a bit. Blend the mix, add cream and salt/pepper to taste along with 2Tbsp dry white wine or sherry. Add back reserved mushrooms, stir and serve.
