What's for dinner?

did a corned beef and venison roast in the crock pot overnight... in fridge ready for tomorrow.... will have hash for breakfast and Reuben for lunch.. probably too full for dinner... just some sort or Irish libations for dinner.. Redbreast cask or just some Irish cream on the rocks.. tonight is shrimp & baked potato

Last night we had 3-cheese manicotti with meat marinara sauce, some nice garlic & roasted tomato sourdough, and a side salad.
The manicotti is another dish that will be even better second time around.

Just like the enchiladas from a few days ago, the manicotti is another dish that will be even better second time around.

Nothing Irish for supper. 1/2 of a large filet, my famous "not baked" twice baked potatoes and my favorite vegetable, asparagus. Store had an unadvertised special, $1.99 a lb. A little tip on asparagus, break off the tough part and wrap in serving sizes bundles with a wet paper towel and put in a zip lock baggie. Will stay fresh and good in the fridge for a couple of weeks.

Tonight was Potluck at our Monthly Gideons Camp Meeting. A good old-fashioned Church Potluck.

Spaghetti & meatballs, chicken & broccoli casserole, Vietnamese beef salad, coleslaw, KFC, chili, ham cheese & hash brown casserole, and garlic bread.
Two kinds of pie - pumpkin and peach.

I'm stuffed!
