Last night was some home-made chicken fettuccini with spinach and mushrooms in white garlic sauce. Green salad and garlic bread toast on the side.
Tonight was homemade chili with all the fixin's (shredded cheese, sour cream, diced green onions, diced red onions, diced cilantro, etc), and a nice green salad. Fresh salsa, guacamole, & chips as an appetizer, with Costco blueberry-lemon loaf for dessert.
