I've got to set this up a little. Recently I had to arrange for an oxygen concentrater to be available for me when I went to visit my folks in Texas. I called the company up before I left & was greeted by a answering machine that told me that my call would be recorded for training purposes. It asked for all my info, name, address, reason for call. Then I got a live person, who asked me all the same questions, again. Then she said she would connect me to a "travel specialist". Yes, he started to ask me all the same questions, yet again. I asked him if had listened to the recording:no. I asked him if the person I talked to before him had given him any of my information:no. I asked him what was the purpose of talking to the machine & the previous person if I just had to do the whole dance with him again:He didn't know, "that's just the way we do it". I asked him if he had ever heard the term "Department of Redundancy Department"? Long pause!
