whats your latest brand new revolver purchase?

A 3" King Cobra and some Colt Pachmayrs to go with it. I seem to be shooting left more than with my used S&W's though. Guess I'll have to get used to the trigger and try out some larger grip options to see if that helps.

Brand new was my S&W model 63-5, .22 bought in 2018. I sure do enjoy it for general plinking and carried in a pocket while walking on my property or the adjoining swampy area. Bad snakes and other pests beware.

S&W, Colt, Kimber, S&W (Would have been a Colt Python but sale fell through). I like the new Colts over S&Ws, and the Kimber KS6 over S&W J frames. Ruger for woods and hunting. Competition and in all other classes, I prefer S&W.

My last revolver purchase is a new S&W m24/6.5" 44 special in nickel. It's the last nickel finish revolver my dealer had. The blue case was covered in dust it was there so long I think it grew roots. I need to post pics.

Just picked this 329pd up but also have a 629 heading to my ffl. I'll post a picture of the 629 when I pick it u.

442 sans lock. Now my EDC.

As much as I love Smith and Wesson, I don't see me purchasing any new guns from them.

Barring wholesale removal of the revolver lock or the reintroduction of metal frame center fire
pistols.

My last purchase of a new revolver was in 2003, a 325PD with a hole in the left side. I fixed it. Many years later, S&W replaced a problem revolver with a 22-4 1917 reproduction made in 2007. It, too, had a hole in the side which was promptly fixed.

Other than that, I haven't gotten my hands on a new revolver since 1995, although my 1983 Model 37 looked like new when I bought it in the 21st century, except for the few rounds I fired through it to check POI.

Unless I change residence and buy a Casull in .22LR, I'll probably never buy another new revolver.

I just bought a new 4" 686-6 plus 2 days ago. I prefer the 6 shot but
It was the first new 4" I've seen in months. I also picked up a 6" 57 classic and a 6.5" 29 classic a month ago at the same store. It was nice to see them hitting the shelves again.

My purchase of a new S&W revolver was in 2014 when I purchased a 642-1 (no lock). I stick mainly with used pre-lock models. I recently bought a M-36 made in 1963, that was in excellent shape.

Just sitting here scratching my head and asking myself if I've EVER bought a brand new revolver. Pretty sure the closest I've ever come is the Ruger Blackhawk in .327 Federal that was advertised as "new" on Gunbroker but definitely had signs of having been fired. Regardless, I'm still not sorry for buying it, though.

I will admit that it's been difficult NOT breaking down and ordering a new 640 Pro, though! :(

I'm waiting on my new 442 no lock to arrive from S&W - warranty replacement for my cracked frame early 642. They wanted to replace with a 642 but I wanted the black finish.

Just picked up a 586 6". Really good condition except for a bit if rust near muzzle. I hope to shoot it today.

I would post pictures, but how do I do it?
